Hi! I’m Carolina (she/her/ella), born in Los Angeles and raised in Pomona, which shaped my love for community, connection, and supporting those who often feel overlooked. As a first-generation Latina and mamá, I recognize the experience of navigating unfamiliar paths and understand the power of resilience.
Therapy with me is compassionate, culturally affirming, and real. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and attachment wounds.
I have experience working with people across different stages of life, including young adults, first-generation Latine individuals, and older adults.
Treatment Methods and Philosophy
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and relational, honoring your lived experiences and cultural roots. I integrate strength-based and evidence-based practices to help you identify your inner resources and develop skills that support your well-being. I provide therapy in English and Spanish, fostering a safe and inclusive space.
